Picnic at the Park

Last Saturday night Andy went to the OU game so we headed out to meet my family at the park. My parents brought dinner for everyone and the kids played until it was dark. They wanted to stay longer but I couldn't really see them anymore. My girls had so much fun and Drew has a great time anytime he get s to see his Papa. Maddi and Emme are both still talking about it. Emme told me she doesn't think she has ever had a picnic before. Isn't it funny, sometimes it is such the simple things that they love. My girls have been on some great vacations and live a very "disneyland" life but that brought them so much joy. I think sometimes I try and make it way more complicated than it really is.
