2 years ago we welcomed this little man into our family

and really we don't remember our life without him. He truly completes our family.

He is at a really cute age right now, definitely 2, but cute!

Right now he is into anything ball related, "cannie balls" (cannon balls)

playing with his trucks and trains, anything his sisters do, saying nay to everything and his nannie and papa

He calls his cousins (Alexis and Bella) Addy, we don't really know why he does this but it is funny and now they just go with it. He also calls Randy and Alicia (his aunt and uncle) mommy and daddy. At first this made Randy a little uncomfortable but now he goes with it too!!

He is ALL boy but he has such a sweet side to him and I am very thankful for that.

Back to School

The girls' started to school last week. Maddi started 5th grade and Emme is in the 2nd grade. Time really does fly by!!

Already hard at work...

Drew was sure something was happening that was going to make him sad, he just wasn't sure what...he loves his sisters at home!

Maddi and Emme take a sign language class at our church and love it!! This past weekend they performed "Nothing but the Blood" during the service and did great. We were really proud of them, they worked very hard.

Weekend Getaway

We went with some friends to their lake house on Grand Lake. The kids had so much fun!

Vacation

At the beginning of August, we went on vacation with my whole family. We went to Galveston and had so much fun!!

We went to the Space Center in Houston.

We played miniature golf...which isn't a lot of fun with Drew. He takes it so seriously and doesn't want to move along with everyone but he looks really cute doing it!!

We had a great time with everyone and it was so nice to have my parents along to help out.

Mini-vacation

We took a little trip last weekend to Dallas.

We went to a water park one day and then we took them to Six Flags.

They had so much fun!! Poor Drew-he really wanted to ride more things but he was just too short.

This is one of the reasons we decided to take them to Six Flags. We surprised them when we got there!! They got to see Mitchell Musso (Oliver on the Hannah Montana Show) in concert.

Even Drew got into the concert.

The girl before had a song called "My Shoes" and when she announced the song Drew yells back "no my shoes". He is very into his shoes and saying mine. Hysterical!!

However, I realized that I am getting older. The concert was entirely too loud and somehow Drew eventually asleep during it.

Now it is almost time for our real vacation with the entire family!!

4th of July

We love the 4th of July at our house and we love the tradition but this year was a little different. The kids usually go to a parade with my parents but this year the girls' were in the Edmond parade with our church. They were proclaiming the excellencies of God and that they are daughters of The King. It was a great thing for them to be a part of.


Since I walked with the girls' in the parade I didn't get any pictures of Drew during the parade but I guess he had fun because this is him on the way home!

Since they didn't throw candy at the parade my parents' decided to have a pinata. They were lovin' that!!

We went to pick blackberries again this year. The kids have so much fun doing this!

Drew and Isabella got to ride in the wagon however Isabella about got booted out because she asked me if I can go a little faster! Did I mention that is was already 90 degrees at 10:00 and we were going uphill!! She didn't care!

Drew enjoyed some of the blackberries but we were catching him chew on some and if they didn't taste that great to him he would put it back in the container. Good thing he is so stinkin cute!

Drew is so not into pictures right now so this is all we could get of all five of them!
